KSPP intake manifold for Honda ADV350 / Honda Forza 350

The KSPP FULL SET intake kit for Honda Forza 350 and Honda ADV350 has been developed to improve airflow, engine response, and high-RPM performance. Thanks to extensive research and development, KSPP offers a complete solution suitable for both daily riding and more advanced engine builds.

The kit includes:

• Filter housing set available in two versions: V1 and V2.
• Airbox cover set including the velocity stack (intake trumpet) and optimized air intake.
• Optional pre-modified and pre-assembled filter housing available for easier installation.

Installation normally requires enlarging the openings of the air filter housing, a process that requires some installation experience. To simplify the setup, a pre-modified and pre-installed version is also available.

Flow Test Results (airflow measurement at 25 inches of water):

• STD: 222 CFM
• Stainless steel version: 209 CFM.
• KSPP V1: 227 CFM.
• KSPP V2: 229 CFM.

Dyno Test Results:

• STD: 24.5 HP.
• Stainless steel version: 24.2 HP
• KSPP V1: 24.7 HP
• KSPP V2: 24.7 HP

Tests show improved airflow efficiency and better high-RPM performance, especially with the V2 version. The KSPP FULL SET also significantly reduces low-end power loss, providing excellent throttle response right from initial acceleration.

Differences between the versions:

• V1: ideal for daily riding and touring use, offering excellent versatility.
• V2: designed for high-performance engines and heavily modified setups (racing camshaft, up to 80 mm piston, etc.).

Important:
After installation, the air/fuel mixture becomes leaner at high RPM. ECU remapping or installing a larger injector (+10 to 15 cc) is recommended to achieve the best performance and ensure optimal engine operation.
